“Eõ” group exhibition, NoPlace, 2018

The group exhibition “Eõ” was shown at NoPlace in Oslo in March 2018 and was curated by Kristian Skylstad. The title is Latin for “I go”. All the participating artists made their works in countries other than their own, and the exhibition revolved around movement, travel and memory.
Alongside works by Janne Talstad, Janne Kruse, Chris Marker, Sverre Strandberg, Behzad Farazollahi, and Andrew Amorim, the exhibition included the installation “Førtifem” and a dummy of the book “45”. Photographs taken from trains traced a journey from Oslo to eastern Ukraine.
